Local Authority Applications:
Agenda Preparation
6 steps are required to prepare a draft and final agenda from your original documents, all controlled by our software ...
| Step 1 - gather the Report documents (Word files, spreadsheets, images, pdf etc) required for the Agenda. |
| Step 2 - use our software to extract the item headings and descriptions (and portfolio, for the Executive committee) from the reports. |
| Step 3 - sort the documents into the required sequence. |
| Step 4 - produce
the draft Agenda and eAgenda. Send the eAgenda (sample below) via email to all those who
would previously have received printed copy.
The eAgenda contains hyperlinks which display the original document when selected. The users can print out what they want. |
| Step 5 - make as
many (or as few) changes as required to the original documents, and use our software to
prepare the final agenda (with Public and/or Private eAgenda). We'll number all the pages
in the Agenda, and number each item, as shown in the extract below:
|
| Finally, our software will send the eAgenda to your Intranet site and if required to an Internet site where the eAgendas will be published, allowing the documents, and enquiries on their content, to be displayed. |
