Preparation of Minutes

You've prepared the draft and final Agenda, had the meeting - and now you can use the system to prepare the Minutes (and update the Attendance records and Annual Index) ...

Step 1 - select the meeting to be processed.
Step 2 - update the Attendance records (optional). We can read your Member Database (from your Access database) and show all the committee members. You say whether they were present, absent with apologies or were absent without apologies.  
Step 3 - You are presented with a Word document, with the item headings. Complete the Minute for each (and add any last minute items which did not appear on the Agenda)
Step 4 - produce the Minutes (sample below) - our software will number the pages and items automatically, using whatever method you wish.

Step 5 - print the Minutes and send to the intra/internet for viewing and enquiry. Password protection will be applied where appropriate.
