What does the system do?

Suitable for any size of fleet of cars and small vehicles, the purpose of the system is to allow easy recording of all the financial transactions relating to these vehicles.Once this data has been captured, enquiries and reports provide management with key information such as:

•     the overall cost of running each vehicle, month-by-month and in total
•     the unit cost per mile (or kilometer) of running each vehicle
•     vehicle age (based on both odometer and first-registered date)
•     warnings when vehicle servicing is due, contract mileage is exceeded etc
•     service records
•     purchases by supplier
•     vehicle asset register
•     driver records
•     tax records

and much more!

Reports can be displayed, printed or exported to Microsoft Excel© and Microsoft Access©, and the facility exists to design your own reports if required. All types of acquisition (contract hire, lease, purchase) are catered for.

Size of fleet?

The system is suitable for fleet sizes of 2 vehicles and upwards. Yes, even as small as 2 vehicles! Remember that even two modestly-priced cars can cost £20,000. The software costs less than .5% of that figure - a small amount to pay to give you effective financial control of this asset.

Any limitations?

The software will handle an unlimited number of vehicles and transactions. The number of cost centres is limited to 200, the number of drivers 200. You will require at a PC which runs a 32-bit version of Microsoft™ Windows (such as Windows 95, 98, NT etc).

Program Changes?

We are keen to ensure that our product will meet the requirements of as many users as possible. So if you have any suggestions which we feel generally improve the effectiveness of the product, then these will be incorporated free of charge, and made available to everyone with a current support agreement (see below). If you have specific requirements which only your organisation will use, then please at least let us give you a quotation for these.

How much?

The fully-operational UK version of this software costs £65 plus VAT. Free support is provided for a period of 3 months from purchase, thereafter it is optionally available for £30 plus VAT per annum (or £75 for 3 years). Euro prices are also available (see order form).

Non-UK residents?

Just like the program changes discussed above, we are keen to make this product as universally usable as possible, and at a price which represents good value for money. Please email us if you are interested (and of course feel free to download the trial version which will at least give some indication of what is possible). Tell us about any special considerations which apply in your country... for example, is there a statutory requirement for a vehicle test, is there an annual tax payable?

Try before you buy...

The demonstration version has all of the features present in the purchased version, except it will "expire" in 30 days from installation. When the download (1.5Mb - around 7 minutes at 28kb) is complete, run the program VEHICLE.EXE to install the software.
