1. This license is granted to your name goes here
(the User) by Esco Systems & Consultants (the
Supplier) for the User's exclusive use of the Product defined in 2 below.
- 2. The Product is the documentation media and software
programs which together make up the system known as the Venue Booking System.
3. Copies of the software programs may be
made for security purposes but the Product is protected by copyright law and international
treaties. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of all or part of the Product may
result in severe civil and criminal penalties, asand will be prosecuted to the maximum
extent possible under law
- 3. The Product may only be installed on one server.
4. The Supplier cannot accept any liability for loss either
consequential or otherwise incurred by the operation or misoperation of this software
4. The Supplier will maintain and support the Product by
whatever means appropriate provided the Supplier's annual invoice for support is paid by
the User. |
